• Learn about the legal documents, the regulations of competent authority related to Covered Warrant products

• Make a master plan for the work to be done to implement of bringing the Covered Warrant product into operation of the company

• Assign work to related departments on the basis of ensuring project schedule

• Preparation of application files to get certificate of SSC, HNX and VSD

• Build up the system of SOPs used for operation of Covered Warrant product

• Perform the testing of Covered Warrant sofware, modify functions to comply with the Covered Warrants trading rules or other regulations of company

• Develop and issue policies and other utilities for customers trading Covered Warrant securities

• Edit trading regulation, trading guide on Covered Warrant securities trading in PHS to update on website

• Organise training course on basic knowledges of Covered Warrant trading to all staff of Company, and professional knowledge to staff of professional divisions

• Make reports on Covered Warrants transactions status of company’s customers

• Monitor, supervise Covered Warrants trading system and handle errors

• Asses the advantages and inconveniences of Covered Warrants trading system, offer solutions to improve the system

• Issue more utilities products to facilitate customers transactions

• Report about Covered Warrant securities transactions to competent authorities

Yêu cầu công việc:

• University graduated in Economics, Finance, Banking ... or relevant
• Good knowledge of stocks and stocks market
• Have license of securities in practice and Covered Warrant license
• At least 03 years experience working at professional department of securities company
