Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement total rewards strategies (compensation, incentives, benefits) aligned with business and market.
- Conduct benchmarking, job evaluation, and maintain pay structure competitiveness. Manage annual salary review and bonus cycles.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration and ensure compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to align rewards with performance and business outcomes.
- Provide reporting, insights, and guidance on reward matters.
- Monitor market trends and propose improvements.
- Other tasks assigned by Head.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related major.
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in compensation & benefits / total rewards, preferably in financial services.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, able to engage with business stakeholders and explain reward concepts clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Proactive, able to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
- Be quick and responsive, promptly updating information on market trends and changes.
