OVERVIEW
We are looking for a tech-savvy Intern to act as a bridge between the Customer Care Center (CCC) and Product/IT teams. This role focuses on applying AI solutions, workflow automation, and building internal tools to enhance operational efficiency, improve SLA performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AI & Workflow Automation
- Assist in building and optimizing automated workflows for CCC using tools such as n8n, AI, and chatbots
- Apply AI/chatbot solutions to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency
2. Data & Dashboard
- Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (CRM, Customer Service, Sales)
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards (SLA, ticket volume, CSAT, productivity metrics)
3. CRM & Internal Tools
- Support CRM workflow optimization and enhancements
- Design and develop simple internal tools (dashboards, monitoring tools, mini CRM systems)
- Create wireframes or prototypes using tools like Figma
4. Business - Tech Coordination
- Translate business requirements from CCC into data logic, workflows, and functional specifications
- Coordinate with Product/IT teams during implementation, testing, and optimization
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in IT, Data, Business, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of data handling (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n) or willingness to learn
- Interest in AI, chatbots, and automation technologies
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, able to work with both business and technical teams
- English: Intermediate (reading and basic communication)
