- Advise the Management Board and Head of Departments on statutory requirements and relevant rules and regulations issued by the relevant authorities;
- Be responsible for analysis of new or revised laws/regulations supporting management’s decision;
- Provide legal advice to prevent legal risks arising from public company operations and activities;
- Prepare legal documents/agreements/contracts and complete necessary arrangements;
- Vet contractual documents drafted by the departments and associates for legal compliance and commercial implications;
- Handle regulatory affairs with authorities;
- Take part in pre-litigation negotiation and mediation;
- Conduct and monitor information disclosure obligations of public companies and others;
- Ensure compliance of the Company with all statutory requirements and guidelines issued by relevant authorities governing public listed Company;
- Maintain statutory records of the Company that comply with statutory requirements;
- Coordinate with outside counsel during legal proceedings and monitor litigation or arbitration;
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal.

- Graduated from University, majoring in Legal or other related majors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office computer applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Good command of communication and negotiation skills;
- Efficiency in computer skills;
- Be able to communicate with all the range of employees;
- Communication effectively – directly & on the telephone;
- Well negotiating skills;
- Planning skill;
- Critical thinking, detail-oriented and result-driven;
- Proactive and independent under high pressure;
- High sense of responsibility.
- Significant contract law experience and ability to draft contracts to a high standard;
- Be able to quickly familiarize him/herself with operating system software.
- At least 4 years of working experience (in finance-banking, law firm, in-house, securities field is preferable).
