- Recruitment.
- To compose recruitment notice and posting on: job websites, company website, internal, etc. after the personnel requisition of divisions/ departments approved by General Director.
- Working with divisions, departments are required to know the recruiting requirements for each position.
- Searching, Screening the candidate’s CV and interviewing the suitable candidates to select the most suitable one.
- Updating the information of candidates in the data pool.
- Updating and following the employee list daily.
- Employer Branding
- Coordinate employer branding activities
- Implementation engagement activities
- Help Company maintain quality talent by developing and enacting organization-wide retention strategies and engagement activities.
- Other tasks assigned by direct Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- University Degree, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Communication capability in English.
- Proficiency in office computer applications.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Detail-oriented, Self-motivated, patient.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Able to work under high pressure.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience in finance, banking, insurance, and securities is preferred.
