OVERVIEW
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the end-to end customer experience across the entire lifecycle - from onboarding new users to retaining and re-engaging existing ones.
Your mission is to leverage data and marketing automation to improve user engagement, retention, and overall growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Customer Journey & Segmentation
- Design and optimize customer journeys across different lifecycle stages: New users, Active users, Inactive/ churned users
- Build and manage customer segmentation based on:
+ User behavior
+ Engagement level
+ Customer value
2. Marketing Automation Execution
- Set up and manage automated campaigns triggered by user behavior: Push notifications, Emails, SMS
- Continuously optimize messaging, timing, and channels to improve performance
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: Open rate/ click-through rate; Conversion rate; Retention rate
- Generate insights and propose data-driven improvements
4. CRM & Martech Operations
- Operate and manage CRM/ marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to:
+ Ensure accurate tracking of user behavior
+ Maintain stable and efficient automation flows
+ Ensure compliance with data governance and customer data security policies
REQUIREMENTS
1, Experience
- 4 - 7 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing roles
- Preferred backgrounds: Fintech, E-commerce, Product-based/ tech companies
2, Technical & Functional Skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of user behavior and growth metrics: Activation, Retention, Conversion
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on insights
3, Soft Skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
- Comfortable working in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Good collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
